RIGHT TO
INFORMATION ACT 2005
As per instructions from
BSNL HQ New Delhi vide letter No. 10-1/05-RTI dated 25.3.2009, separate independent CPIOs/APIOs &
Appellate Authorities for furnishing the information under RTI Act have
been nominated w.e.f. 15.4.2009 in each SSA/Unit of Haryana Telecom
Circle. Citizens may submit their RTI applications in triplicate (1
original+2 photocopies) to the CPIO/APIO of the concerned SSA alongwith
prescribed fee of Rs. 10/- in the form of IPO/DD payable in favour of
A.O(Cash) of the concerned SSA/unit or can deposit in cash with the
A.O(Cash) of the concerned SSA.
